Optional automatic features are available to you if you are a sponsor.  You can:

Automatic Voter Registration.  If your group has completed registration for a vote within the last 180 days, they need not re-register.  The sponsor can simply enter the previous vote question number and password in the box in the Vote Setup page and they will be automatically registered for your new vote.  If there are additional unregistered people that will be voting, you can setup a time for them to register.   Automatic registration improves the security of your vote.

Send Messages.  As a paid vote sponsor you can automatically send messages and files to validated registrants.  You choose the subject and message. 


Vote Instructions/Notification.  As a paid vote sponsor, you can email vote instructions/notification to all validated registrants, automatically, from the Voter List page.  This feature is available exclusively to the vote sponsor.  The voting period cannot be complete.  Two messages will be sent, one with the vote details and the second with the vote password.  Passwords are sent separately for security purposes.

You are requested to participate in a new vote at World Voting Booth, the online voting service for groups.  Simply go to http://www.worldvotingbooth.com and follow the instructions below.

Registration.  There is no need to register. You have already been automatically registered for this vote.

Postings.  You can enter opinions, notices, biographical info and other details on the voting issue up until the end of voting and you can review others' postings at any time.

Vote.  Go to WVB between  xx/xx/xx and  xx/xx/xx , do Site Sign In and vote sign in, then select Ballot.  Enter the vote question number (xxxx ) and the vote password for this vote (sent in separate email for security purposes).  Polls are open 24 hours per day on the days specified.  No one (not even the vote sponsor) will know how anyone cast their vote.  No vote notification is sent to the sponsor. 

Review results.  Return to WVB after the close of polls to obtain the final vote tally.  Or, check back earlier to see how many people have voted.  Then, why not try sponsoring a vote yourself?  It's easy, just go to Vote Setup.
